adolescence class 9 - 18 months
Adolescence is a crucial period in our pups' lives as they undergo significant physical, mental, and emotional changes. It's essential to ensure that we are helping them navigate this phase in a positive and happy way, so they can grow into the easygoing family pets we all desire.
Our adolescence classes focus on perfecting the basics, enhancing reliable recall and stay commands, addressing loose-lead walking, teaching fun tricks, and managing behaviors that may have emerged since puppy class, such as jumping up and over-excitement. We aim to strengthen the bond between you and your dog, creating a relationship that lasts a lifetime.
This is a time to increase our training efforts with our dogs rather than settling for undesirable behaviors. The training journey is just beginning, and we must invest a significant amount of time and energy into our furry friends. This will ensure they become stress-free family pets, capable of handling what life presents to both them and us.
